Mildred Gros Cheramie, 85, a native and resident of Morgan City, La., died Saturday, May 29, 2010.
There was never a time when MaMa and PaPa Cheramie’s house was not open to family and friends, never a time when her grandchildren did not know there was a place for them comprised of unconditional love and laughter, and never a time when her family didn’t feel they were the most important thing in the world when she was with them.
Mrs. Cheramie is survived by her son Tim (Clare); daughter-in-law, Teresa Cheramie; five grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; sister, Marie (Johnny) Pere; and a host of nieces and nephews.
She is buried in the Morgan City Mausoleum.
