Mildred Porche Landry, 63, a native of Houma, La., and a resident of Baton Rouge, La., died Thursday, March 27, at 7:35 a.m.
She is survived by her son, David Landry; daughters, Penny Landry Eschete and Ashley Landry; brothers, Junius and Clarence Porche; sister, Walterine “Tu Tu” Ford; and eight grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Joseph Landry; parents, Maurice and Velma Dupre Porche; son, Michael J. Landry; and brothers, Ray and Nolan Porche.
Visitation will be 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday, March 28 and 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Saturday, March 29, at Samart Funeral Home of Houma. A religious service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home. She will be buried at Daigle Memorial Cemetery in Gray, La.
Samart Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
