Molly Bellanger Adams, 48, a native and resident of Cut Off, La., died Monday, January 21, 2008, at 8:25 p.m.

She is survived by her husband, Russell J. Adams; parents, Clinton J. and Jo Anne Pierce Bellanger; sons, Nickless Lasseigne and Jude Lasseigne; grandmother, Effie Pierce; daughters, Louise M. Adams and Lacey A. Guidry; brother, Clint Bellanger; sister, Velvet B. Guidry; grandchildren, Alex, Brennen and Olivia Guidry; nieces, Jennifer Schexnaydre, Carlie and Kadie Bellanger and Shawntel Mejia; and nephews, Seth Guidry and Madison Schexnaydre.


She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Clinton and Louise Bellanger and Paul Pierce; and nephew, Patrick Chandler, Jr.

Molly was a devout Catholic and a parishioner of Sacred Heart Church. She enjoyed being outdoors, being with her family and working in her yard and restaurant.

Visitation is 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 22, 2008, at Samart-Mothe Funeral Home in Cut Off, and 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 23, 2008, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Cut Off with the funeral to follow. She will be buried in Cheramie Cemetery in Galliano, La.

Samart-Mothe Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
