Morris “Moe” Fanguy Jr., 53, a native and resident of Houma, La., died at 6:40 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 10, 2011.
Mr. Fanguy was self employed at Moe’s Electric Service and was a member of Knights of Columbus of Bayou Blue. He was a loving father and devoted grandfather to his grandchildren. He was a member and parishioner of St. Louis Catholic Church.
He is survived by his wife, Maureen Fanguy; sons, Maurice III (Ashley) and Joshua Fanguy; daughters, Sara and Kimie Fanguy; sisters, Darlene (Mitch) Brignac, Dina Stewart, Donna and Dawn Fanguy; and four grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father, Morris Fanguy Sr.
Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 13, at Chauvin Funeral Home and 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 14, at St. Louis Catholic Church with Mass of Christian Burial to follow. Burial will be at the church cemetery. (Chauvin)
