Naomi Carr Davis, 63, a native and resident of Paincourtville, La., died Saturday, April 4.
She is survived by her husband, Lloyd Davis Sr.; daughters, Demetra Davis and Corlette Davis and husband Kevin Sr.; son, Lloyd Davis Jr.; sisters, Joyce Melancon, Rachel Carr, Nellie Hebert and husband Royal, and Laverne Buggage; brothers, Harold Lloyd and wife Joyce, and Larry Carr and wife Sheila; and three grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Willie and Ethel Carr; four brothers; and five sisters.
Visitation will be 2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Friday, April 10, at Williams and Southall Funeral Home and 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday, April 11, at Virginia Baptist Church. A religious service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church with burial at church cemetery.
Williams and Southall Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
