Narcillia M. “Pumpkin” “No No” Gaudet, 76, a native and resident of Golden Meadow, La., died Sunday, Jan. 27, 2013.
She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Joseph Gaudet Sr.; sons, Joseph Jr. (Judy), David, Terry (Darlene), Phillip (Debra), Gary (Hope), Bill (Wendy), Willie and Scott (Christie) Gaudet; daughters, Gloria (Jimmy) Lejune and Peggy (Eddie) Richoux; brothers, Ozulien and Robertson Mobley; 26 grandchildren; 47 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert Sr. and Ozlien Mobley; brother, Albert Mobley Jr.; sisters, Felicia Guidry, Gertie and Eula Bruce, Lucia Serigny, Angelina Mobley and Josephine Kiger; and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 4 to 9 p.m. Monday, Jan. 28, at Falgout Funeral Home in Galliano, La., and 9 to 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 29, at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church with Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Burial will be at the church cemetery. (Falgout)
