Nares “Nonc-Do” Rousse, 65, a native and resident of Galliano, La., died Wednesday, Feb. 13, at 1 p.m.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Theodule Rousse and Camelia Guidry Rousse; three brothers, Edless Rousse, Eldon “Manou” Rousse and Herman Rousse; and one sister, Rita R. Callais.
He was a former schoolteacher and a parishioner of Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church.
He was buried at St. Joseph Cemetery.
Samart-Mothe Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
