Ned “Sonny” Poche Jr., 79, a native and resident of Thibodaux, La., died Sunday, March 2, at 3:33 a.m.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Sally Hoffmann Poche; sons, Ralph Poche and wife, Tammy, and Jerome Poche and wife, Debbie; daughters, Sue Manning and husband, Keith, Rachel Bland and husband, Duane, and Robin Constant and husband, John; brothers, Ronald and Joe Poche; sisters, Gertrude Boudreaux, Henrietta Benoit, Joyce Usey and Camilla Ledet; 13 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ned J. Poche Sr. and wife, Henrietta; brother Lloyd Poche; and sisters, Gloria Templet and Evelyn Poche.
Visitation will be 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 4, at Thibodaux Funeral Home followed by a religious service. He will be buried at St. Joseph Cemetery in Thibodaux.
Landry’s Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
