Nell Gaudet Zeringue, 89, a native and resident of St. Charles Community, LA., died at 8:57 a.m. Thursday, March 22, 2007.
Visitation will be from 8:30 a.m. to funeral time Saturday, March 24, 2007 at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. Mass will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 24, 2007 at the church, with burial in the church cemetery.
She is survived by five sons, Ralph, Ray, Charles, Robert and Brian Zeringue; two daughters, Patricia Toups and Irene Verret; three brothers, Robert, Richard and Gaston Gaudet; one sister, Marie Ann Beaulieu; 24 grandchildren; 39 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Zeringue; her parents, Gaston and Leonise Thibodeaux Gaudet; five brothers, Roy, Claude, Norbert, Gabriel and Ernest Gaudet; and two sisters, Marie Jeanne Naquin and Catherine Picou.
She was a member of St. Charles Borromeo Ladies Altar Society and a parishioner of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church.
