Nelwyn Giroir King, 62, a native of Paincourtville, La., and resident of Thibodaux, La., died Sunday, Feb. 10, 2013.
Mrs. King loved spending time with her family and friends – especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She loved to watch the Saints and listen to Bobby Richard on Saturday morning radio.
She is survived by her husband George King Sr.; mother, Vivian Giroir; sons, George Jr. (Patti), Morgan and Billie (Nicole) King; daughters, Lena and Gretta (Kenny) Bourgeois; sisters, Jan LeBlanc, Donna Rivere, Vicky Sanchez and Hartense Rivere; 12 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father, Murphy Giroir.
Burial is at St. Elizabeth Cemetery in Paincourtville. (Landry’s)
