Noble Leroy McCorkle Sr., 86, a native of Putnam, Okla., and resident of Des Allemands, La., died Saturday, July 23, 2011.
He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Erna McCorkle; sons, Noble Jr., Robert (Catherine), Michael (Elizabeth) and Timothy (Jennifer) McCorkle; daughter, Deborah (Mauro) Reyes; numerous brothers; 10 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Tollie and Ethel McCorkle; son, David McCorkle; one grandson; and one great-grandson. (Falgout)
