Norma Authement Neil, 67, a native and resident of Chauvin, La., died Wednesday, April 8, at 8:40 a.m.
She is survived by her husband, Morgan Richard Neil; sons, Brent M. Neil and wife Lorita, and Wayland J. Neil; daughters, Monica F. Portier and husband Donald J., and Colleen N. Portier and husband Jerome; brothers, Quentin and Brian Authement; sisters, Heddy Lapeyrouse and Sharon Bergeron; 11 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Annassee J. and Velma Pellegrin Authement; and granddaughter, Madyson Neil.
Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Monday, April 13, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Chauvin with the funeral service to follow.
Samart Funeral Home of Houma, La., is in charge of the arrangements.
