Norman “T-Man” Sanchez Sr., 86, a native of Gheens, Louisiana, and resident of Lockport, Louisiana, died Monday, Jan. 12, 2015.
Mr. Sanchez is survived by his sons, Norman Jr., Herman and Sherman Sanchez; daughters, Brenda Avila, Linda Davaine and Charlene Ledet; sisters, Eunice, Dorothy and Anna Mae; 17 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Rivet Sanchez; son, Roy Sanchez; parents, Price and Alicia Breaux Sanchez; brothers, Alton, Paul “T-Jun” and Irvin Sanchez; sisters, Laura Mae Champagne and Ula Boudreaux; and one grandchild.
Visitation is set for 5 to 9 p.m. Thursday, and from 8 to 11 a.m. Friday at Falgout Funeral Home in Lockport. A Mass of Christian Burial begins at 11 a.m. Friday at Holy Savior Catholic Church in Lockport.
