Octavia T. Clement, 96, a native and resident of Choupic, La., died Friday, Jan. 31, 2014.
She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Daniel Clement; daughters, Dolores (Edwin) Gravois and Merline Brazan; son, Norman (Mary) Clement; sisters, Adele Braud and Dolia Morvant; 15 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and 11 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Harry Clement; sons, Mervin and Ervin Clement; parents, Orville and Cecilla Trosclair; sisters, Bridget Clement, Odessa Morvant and Leona LeBlanc; and brother, Norris Trosclair.
Burial is at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church Cemetery in Chackbay, La. (Thibodaux)
