Opal Neal Davidson, 97, a native of Kearney, Ne., and a resident of Houma, La., died at 3:15 p.m. Thursday, October 2.
She is survived by two sons, Louis Davidson and wife Earline of Houma, and Robert Davidson and wife Emma Hernandez Davidson of Houston, Tx.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lester Gilbert Davidson; her parents, William Jasper Neal and Clara Emma Hahn Neal; one brother, Richard Neal; sisters, Esthel Carter and Pearl Rohrer; and numerous other brothers and sisters.
She was a homemaker and a member of First United Methodist Church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to First United Methodist Church.
She was buried at Terrebonne Memorial Park Cemetery.
Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
