Ora Marie Portier, 90, a native of Chauvin, La. and resident of Houma, La., died Thursday, March 3, 2016.
A woman of strong faith, Mrs. Portier was a parishioner of St. Gregory Barbarigo Catholic Church. She was an employee of Terrebonne General Hospital for 15 years.
She is survived by her daughters, Phyllis Portier, Yvonne (Lawrence) Guidry, Mable Croker and Kathey (Percy) Lirette; son-in-law; John Derrick Jr.; 16 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and 14 great-great-grandchildren.
Burial is at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2.
