Feinberg promises improvement for claimants

Pamela Gail Davis Blanchard, 57, a native of West Virginia and a resident of Branson, Mo., died Saturday, Dec. 11, 2010.
Mrs. Blanchard was a registered nurse for more than 35 years.
She is survived by her husband, Lance Blanchard; parents, Alvon and Mary Davis; son, Robert (Jenny) Dixon; daughters, Gail (Garland) Andras and Kellie (Rick) Smith; and nine grandchildren.
She is interred at St. Hilary’s Resurrection Mausoleum .
