Feinberg promises improvement for claimants

Pamela Ann Scallan Lovell, 54, a native of Marksville, La., and resident of Thibodaux, La., died Thursday, Jan. 13, 2011.
Ms. Lovell was a certified cosmotologist and phlebotemist. She was of the Catholic faith. She was a very young spirited person and the life of every party. She was full of love, laughed hard and will be missed forever and always.
She is survived by her daughters, Kristi (Troy) Daigle and Mallory Lovell; one grandchild, Ashley Daigle; fiance, Robert Byorklund; sisters, Dianna (Brooks) Arceneaux, Sherrie (Larry Cadiere) Scallan and Phoebe (Tom) Trahan; and eight nieces and nephews, Brandon Arceneaux, Jennifer Hardeman, Tiffany Breaux, Melissa Arceneaux, Matthew Breaux, Beau Fazzio, Michael Hawkins and Nicholas Trahan.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Barbara Roy Barnett; her father, Stravis Scallan Jr.; one brother, Gary James Scallan; and one son, Orson Scallan.
She is buried at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2.
