Patricia Ann Barthelemy

Patricia Ann Barthelemy, 51, a native of Salyersville, Ky., and resident of Galliano, La., died Tuesday, July 30, 2013.

She is survived by her husband, Irvin Barthelemy Jr.; son, Michael Barthelemy; daughter, Heather Barthelemy; stepson, Paul Kiger; mother, Wilma Puckett; brothers, Sheridan and Stacy Puckett; and four grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Puckett.

Visitation will be 6 to 9 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 4, and 8 to 10 a.m. Monday, Aug. 5, at Falgout Funeral Home in Galliano with services to follow. Burial will be at St. Mary Cemetery in Raceland, La. (Falgout)
