Odomes’ lifelong friend to testify against him

August 29, 2011Penelope “Penny” Ann Raley, 46, a native and resident of Houma, La., died at 2:25 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 23, 2011.
She is survived by her parents, Gustave and Joy Broussard; son, Jesse Rossiter; brothers, Troy (Wendy) Raley and Brent Broussard; sisters, Crystal (Dudley) Trahan, Annette Raley and Buffy (Randy) Knoblock; 15 nieces and nephews; and 11 great-nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Junius and Bertha Cunningham; sister-in-law, Renee’ Broussard; and great-nephew, Braxton Gainey.
Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 27 at Samart Funeral Home of Houma with a memorial service to follow. (Samart)
