Perry Lewis Ford Sr., 78, a native and resident of Houma, La., died at 6:10 a.m. Saturday, June 21.
He is survived by his son, Perry Lewis Ford Jr. and wife, Mary, of Lockport, La.; daughter, Terry Martin of Lockport; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Percy Ford and Lottie Chauvin Ford; and one brother, Maxwell J. Ford.
He was a retired supervisor with Chevron and a U.S. Marine veteran.
He was buried Holy Rosary Cemetery.
Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
