Peter S. Lubert, 66, a native of Brooklyn, N.Y., and a resident of Marathon, Fl., then Houma, La., died Monday, July 14, at 5:15 a.m.


He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Mary Oden Lubert; and brother, Allan Lubert.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Moe and Ida Weiner Lubert.


He was a member of the Coteau Volunteer Fire Department.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Monroe County Fire Chief’s Association, 1427 Boca Chica Rd., Key West, Fl., 33040.

The funeral will be at 3 p.m. Sunday, July 27, at Keys Jewish Community Center MM93, Tavernier.

Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
