Philip E. Hebert, 30, a native and resident of Houma, La., died Thursday, July 16.
He is survived by his parents, Jules “Butch” Jr. and Paula Ellender Hebert; one son, Cade Hebert; one brother, Jonathan Hebert; one sister, Stefanie Verret; and grandparents, Jules and Ruth Hebert Sr.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Lee and Helen Ellender.
As per the family’s request, please no flowers.
Visitation will be 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. Monday, July 20, at Samart Funeral Home in Houma with the funeral service to follow.
Samart Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
