Phyllis Ann Hebert Clark, 59, a native of Grand Calliou, La., and resident of Dulac, La., died Sunday, April 20, 2014.
Mrs. Clark was employed with the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development for 25 years. She also worked at the Daigleville Bridge as an operator.
She is survived by her sons, Kevin and Keith Clark; companion, Ralph Bergeron; mother, Audrey Hebert; brothers, David and Thomas Hebert; sisters, Janelle Boudreaux and Carla Theriot; and four grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Graylenn Clark; father, Philip Hebert; and one grandchild.
Burial is at Holy Rosary Catholic Church Cemetery in Houma, La. (Samart)
