Raymond Lee Triggs, 40, a native of Thibodaux, La., and a resident of Shreveport, La., died Saturday, June 28.
He is survived by his mother, Carrie Triggs Shelby of Thibodaux; five sisters, Debbie Triggs, Geraldine Cole and Mona Richard of Thibodaux, Carolyn Every of Raceland, La., and Kim Maria Curtis of Marrero, La.; and two brothers, Eric Triggs of Raceland and Raymond Williams of Atlanta, Ga.
He was preceded in death by his father, Raymond Griffin; one sister, Francis Lee Triggs; and grandparents, Francis and Elijah Triggs Sr.
He was Baptist and enjoyed cooking and listening to music.
Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Thursday, July 3, at Third Zion Baptist Church in Raceland. A religious service will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. at the church. He will be buried at Brooklyn Cemetery in Raceland.
Kennedy Funeral Home of Raceland is in charge of the arrangements.
