Reshad Alton Washington, 8, a native and resident of Terrebonne Parish, La., died Wednesday, October 15.
He is survived by his parents, Altina Sims and Richard Washington; brother, Ramear Washington; and sisters, Donsshaunneek Sims and Aamiyah Washington.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Albertha Solomon Sims.
Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Thursday, October 23, at Christian Church of God in Christ in Thibodaux, La., with the funeral service to follow. Burial will be at Mt. Pilgrim Baptist Church in Gibson, La.
Community Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
