April 7, 2011Rhea Dean Garcia, 69, a native of Bay St. Louis, Miss., and resident of Houma, La., died Wednesday, March 30, 2011.
She is survived by her husband, Wallace John Garcia; daughters, Dorene (Duke) Besse and Debbie (Gary) Smith; brothers, Jonathan and David Joanos; and one grandson, Brennan Garcia.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence Marks and Dorothy Winters Joanos; and one brother, Angelo Joanos. (Chauvin)
