Ricardo F. “Ricky” LeBlanc Jr., 56, a native and resident of Thibodaux, La., died Friday, May 23, 2014.
God and family were the center of his life, and his devotion to his family and to the Blessed Mother and the Rosary were deep and profound. He was a salesman all of his adult life. His great personality was contagious to all including his family and many friends. He was a loyal member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church where he served as an usher and was a member of the St. John’s Men’s Club. He was a 4th Degree Knight of Columbus and member of the Christ the Redeemer Co. 8906.
He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Cindy LeBlanc; children, Benton and Jeremy LeBlanc; brother, Keith LeBlanc Sr.; and special cousin and friend, Debbie Domangue.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ricardo Sr. and Elsie LeBlanc; and grandparents, Camelia and Elphege LeBlanc and Bessie and Louis LeBlanc.
Visitation will be 8 to 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 27, at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Thibodaux with Mass of Christian Burial to follow. Entombment will be at the church mausoleum. (Thibodaux)
