Feinberg promises improvement for claimants

Richard Owen Osborn Jr., 61, a native of New Orleans, La., and resident of Houma, La., died at 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 14, 2011.
Mr. Osborn was employed by Ace Transportation and a parishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church.
He is survived by his wife, Kathy Osborn; son, James “Jimmy” Paul Osborn; daughter, Victoria Osborn; and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard Sr. and Mildred Duplantis Osborn.
He is buried at Jonesboro Cemetery in Jonesboro, La.
