Richard Joseph Owen, 85, a native of Larose, La., and resident of Bayou Blue, La., died Sunday, April 17, 2011.
He is survived by his wife, Bea Burch Owen; son, Richard Owen; daughters, LauraLee Caballero and Kerry Owen; and four grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Melvina White Owen; daughter, Shelly Margaret Owen; brother, Donald Joseph Owen Sr.; and two sisters, Shirley Eserman and Mona Parker.
He is interred at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Mausoleum in Golden Meadow, La. (Falgout)
