Forgotten Carols – VCHS choir joins stars in local production

Robert Anthony Lodrigue Sr., 94, a native of Bayou Dularge, La., and resident of Berwick, La., died Wednesday, Oct. 24, 2012.
Mr. Lodrigue was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and a member of AARP, the American Legion, VFW and the East St. Mary Veterans Funeral Squad. He was an engineer at Arthur Levy Boat Services for over 30 years. He enjoyed spending time outdoors hunting, fishing, woodworking and gardening. He was a wonderful and loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend.
He is survived by his wife of 66 years, RoseMary Lodrigue; son, Kenneth Lodrigue; daughters, Dorothy Anthony and Susan (Wilber Jr.) Sons; eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Octave and Emily Lodrigue; son, Robert Lodrigue Jr.; four brothers; seven sisters; and one grandson.
Visitation will be 6 to 10 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 25, and 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 26, at Hargrave Funeral Home with services to follow. Graveside services with military honors will follow at Berwick Cemetery. (Hargrave)
