Jail woes continue in Lafourche Parish with tax on hold – for now

May 16, 2011Robert Joe Partin, 45, a native of Lawton, Okla., and resident of Houma, La., died at 8:40 a.m. Friday, May 6, 2011.
He is survived by his companion, Dawn Rockenbaugh; parents, Jack and Mary Roberta Fitts Partin; sons, Robert, Justin and Collin Partin; daughters, Amanda and Kelsie Partin; brother, Michael Pinel; sister, Jackie Edwards; and one grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Samart Funeral Home of Houma or the family are preferred to help pay for funeral expenses.
