‘Boo-seum’ back, better than ever

Robert Paul Bourg, 90, a native and resident of Dulac, La., died at 6 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 12, 2011.

Mr. Bourg T-Dog was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II and was a member of the VFW Post 4752 in Dulac. He was a parishioner of Holy Family Catholic Church.


He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Ethel Bourg; children, Catherine Boudreaux, Ruth Blanchard and Francis and James Bourg; sister, Elsie Plaisance; nine grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Felix and Albertine Bourg; sons, Philip and Donald Bourg; brothers, Heba, Ruffin and Edward Bourg; sister, Lucille Plaisance; and grandson, Jason Boudreaux;

Visitation will be 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. Friday, Oct. 14 at Holy Family Catholic Church with mass to follow. Burial will be at the church cemetery. (Chauvin)
