Cassidy: Louisiana has answers for nation’s woes

Rodney Louis “Rip” Barrow, 46, a native of Gray, La., and resident of Atlanta, La., died Wednesday, May 11, 2011.
Mr. Barrow was a human resources analyst.
He is survived by his brother, Tony Barrow; and sister, Tammy (Sam) Barrow.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Sementra Taylor Barrow.
He is buried at Mount Olive Baptist Church Cemetery. (Gertrude Geddes Willis-Terrebonne)
