Roland J. Callahan, 54, a native of Houma, La. and resident of Gray, La. died Monday, October 15, 2007.
He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth R. Callahan; one daughter, Angel C. Gaudet and her husband, David; three brothers, Jessie, David, and Tim Callahan; three sisters, Patsy Callahan, Diana Bergeron, and Patty Dominique; three grandchildren, Hunter A., Logan T., and Taylor Gaudet; and numerous nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest and Gladys Pellegrin Callahan; and one brother, Eugis J. Callahan.
Roland enjoyed hunting, fishing, taxidermy, and woodworking. His greatest joy was spending time with his grandchildren.
He is buried in St. Francis de Sales Cemetery Number 2.
