Roland Chiasson, 69, a native and resident of Lockport, La., died Tuesday, October 7.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Blanchard Chiasson; daughters, Darlene Lanegrasse and husband Earl “Snow” Lanegrasse Jr., and Sharon Frederick and husband Scott Frederick; brothers, Norman P. Chiasson and Robert Chiasson Jr.; sister, Anna Mae Gautreaux; grandchildren, Cyrena, Kyle, Sadie and Raven; and great-grandchild, Brock.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Chiasson Sr. and Marie Robichaux Chiasson Orgeron; and sisters, Rita Mae LeBouef and Bernice Sanchez.
He was a parishioner of Holy Savior Catholic Church in Lockport.
Visitation will be 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Wednesday, October 8, at Falgout Funeral Home in Lockport and 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Thursday, October 9, at Holy Savior Catholic Church with mass to follow. He will be buried at the church cemetery.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
