Ronnie J. Duplantis, 76, a native and resident of Houma, Louisiana, died June 26, 2014.
Mr. Duplantis loved to fish, work on cars, ride his four-wheeler, farm and tending to his cattle.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Nancy Stringer Duplantis; children, Rhonda Baxter, Susan Duplantis and Bryan Duplantis; sister, Jeanne Martin; and five grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Xavier and Cornelia Duplantis; son, David Duplantis; son-in-law, Richard Baxter; and sister, Jessie Blanchard.
Burial is at St. Elie Cemetery in Chauvin, Louisiana.
