Roy Allen LeBlanc, 81, a native of Port Barre, La., and resident of Bayou Vista, La., died Saturday, July 16, 2011.


Mr. LeBlanc was a devoted husband to his wife and family. He enjoyed gardening, loved Cajun dancing and was active in the St. Mary’s Parish AARP. He was a member of St. Bernadette Catholic Church in Bayou Vista and was a retired regional manager at Dresser Industries after 35 years of service.


He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Lee LeBlanc; daughters, Debbie (Michael) Coston and Bernardine (Mark) Morgan; sons, Ricky (Mary) and Chad (Tansy) LeBlanc; brother, Donald (Mary) LeBlanc; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Optat and Agnes LeBlanc.

Interment was at St. Joseph Catholic Church Mausoleum (Hargrave)
