Royal Duncan, 55, a native and resident of Thibodaux, La., died January 29, 2012.
Mr. Duncan was a member of Moses Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Duncan; daughters, Tonya Duncan and Frieda (Ura) Sims; brothers, Gerald, Larry (Eliza), Bernard and Jeffery (Minda) Duncan; sisters, Betty (Herbert) Jackson, Maryanne (Jones) Campbell, Catherine Woods and Elizabeth, Barbara and Janice Duncan; and three grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Dave Jr. and Gertie Duncan; and brothers, Herbert and Lionel Duncan.
Visitation will be 9 to 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 4, at Moses Baptist Church in Thibodaux with services to follow. Burial will be at the church cemetery. (Kennedy)
