Bayou Cane uses grant money for fire safety
October 7, 2010Ruby Bergeron Cormier, 90, a native of Schriever, La., and resident of Thibodaux, La., died at 8:28 a.m. Friday, Oct. 1, 2010.
She is survived by her son-in-law, Joe Carrell; sisters, Myron D. Maggio, Pat Bergeron and Bonnie Jean Thibodeaux; and one grandchild, Laura Carrell.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Leo Cormier; parents, Dewey and Laura Boudreaux Bergeron; one daughter, Joy C. Carrell; one grandson, Steven Carrell; one brother, Bobby Bergeron; and one sister, Jackie B. Duet.
She is buried at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
