‘Crimes of the Heart’: Tragedy, laughs
January 17, 2011Ruby Faye Taylor Felton, 76, a native of Grant County, Ark., a former resident of Bossier City, La., and resident of Thibodaux, La., died Friday, Jan. 7, 2011.
Mrs. Felton was a U.S. Air Force veteran and life member of VFW Post 4588. She was also a member of the Bossier Chapter American Business Women’s Association and the Bossier Chapter Order of Eastern Star 175.
She is survived by her daughter, Ruby (Wayne) Daigle; two grandchildren, Ashlie and Jonathan Daigle; sisters, Mrs. Jonnie Mae Bradley and Mrs. Martha McCool; and stepbrother, John Laughton Taylor.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert “Bob” Richard Felton; daughter, Roberta Faye Felton; parents, Laughton and Fannie Irene Tuck Taylor; stepmother, Marcille Baker Taylor; sister, Dora “Dee” Helen Taylor; and brother, Jack Travis Taylor.
She is interred at Hill Crest Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the House of Prayer Children’s Ministry.
