Rudolph “Rudy” DeHart, 81, a native of Deer Island Bayou and a resident of Bayou Vista, La., died Saturday, Sept. 11, 2010.
Mr. DeHart served his country proudly in the Korean conflict.
He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Jeanette DeHart; daughters, Trudy (Henry) Harrington, Addie (Terry) Adams and Judy Walters; brothers Alvy and Rogers DeHart Sr.; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Burial was at Morgan City Cemetery.
