Russel Charles Molaison Sr., 82, a native of Labadieville, La., and resident of Thibodaux, La., died Tuesday, May 6, 2014.
Mr. Molaison was the owner of Russel’s Appliance and Repair Shop for numerous years.
He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Elsie Molaison; children, Judy (Curtis) Ard and Russel Jr. (Priscilla), Gary (Roxane) and Wayne Molaison; siblings, Rodney (Janice), Clifton (Merline) and Stephen Molaison and Eloise (Claude) Clement; nine grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Chalmer and Cornelia Molaison; and siblings, Lois Malbrough, Anna Gautreaux and Gordon Molaison.
Visitation will be 9 to 11 a.m. Thursday, May 8, at St. Joseph Co-Cathedral with Mass of Christian Burial to follow. Interment will be at St. Joseph Cemetery. (Thibodaux)
