Russell J. Lafont, 58, a native and resident of Cut Off, La., died Saturday, November 8.
He is survived by his mother, Artelise R. Lafont; brothers, Dennis Lafont and wife Lori and Jody Lafont and wife Robin; nephews, Andrew J. Lafont and Ross J. Lafont; and nieces Madeline C. Lafont and Alyse M. Lafont.
He was preceded in death by his father, Hubert J. Lafont Jr.
He was a parishioner of Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Tuesday, November 11, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church with the funeral service to follow. Burial will be at St. Joseph Cemetery in Galliano, La.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
