Russell J. Walker, 76 a native of Lockport, La., and resident of Mathews, La., died on Saturday, May 28, 2016.
Mr. Walker worked at Bollinger Shipyard for 39 years and was a lifelong cattleman.
He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Daisy L. Walker; daughter, Vonda (David) Fray; brother, George Walker; grandchild, Chad (Nicole) Cheramie; and two great-grandchildren.
Burial is at Holy Savior Catholic Church in Lockport.
