S. W. Triplett, 79, a native of Louisville, Miss. and resident of Larose, La., died Monday, Sept. 27, 2010.
Mr. Triplett was a member of New Mount Zion Baptist Church and served on the Deacon Board.
He is survived by his wife, Bobbie Triplett; son, Samuel Triplett; daughter, Ernestine Edwards; and four grandchildren.
Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 2 at New Mount Zion Baptist Church with a religious service to follow. Burial will be at the church cemetery.
