Sabrina Irene Billiot, 23, a native of Houma, La., and a resident of Katy, Tx., died Friday, November 14, at 11:54 p.m.
She is survived by her parents, Philip Billiot and Jennifer Kingen Billiot of Houma; brother, Michael Billiot, of Houma; and maternal grandparents, Ray and Valerie Kennedy Hesselgrave of Houma.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Camille and Mary Parfait Billiot.
She was a former resident of Houma. She worked as a peace officer with the Bellville Police Department and was a member of the Austin County Peace Officers Association.
Visitation will be 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Tuesday, November 18, at Chauvin Funeral Home with services to follow.
Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
