June 20, 2011Samuel A. “Buddy” Montero Jr., 64, a resident of Belle Rose, La., died Friday, June 10, 2011.
Mr. Montero was a veteran of the Vietnam War, a Sergeant in the U.S. Marine Corps, and a member of St. Catherine of Sienna Catholic Church Usher Society.
He was survived by his wife, Susan Montero; daughter, Cherie (Donald) Albro; sons, Chuckie (Jenny) and Ryan Montero; sister, Kitty Falgout; and four grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Samuel and Katherine Montero; and father- and mother-in-law, Rufus and Beedy Landry.
Burial was at St. Anne Cemetery in Napoleonville, La. (Ourso)
