Samuel Guy Walters Jr., 68, a native of Yazoo City, Miss., and resident of Patterson, La., died Thursday, July 7, 2011.


Mr. Walters was very active in his life. He was a franchise owner of the Independent International Wrestling Federation, a member of Citizens Band Radio known as “Outcast”, the owner and Captain of the “Miss Prissy” shrimp boat and was involved with Walters Trucking.


He is survived by his companion of many years, Christine Martin; son, Samuel Walters III; daughter, Tammy (Chris) Jenkins; brother, William Walters; sisters: Barbara (Bertrand) Dinger and Janice (Geary) Hebert; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Angelina Walters; mother and step-father, Louise and Bobby Brown; father, Samuel Walters Sr.; and two children.

Visitation will be 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday, July 8, at Twin City Funeral Home with a service beginning at 8 p.m. (Twin City)
