Sandra Oncale Theriot, 68, a native and resident of Chackbay, La., died at 8:58 a.m. on Saturday, October 7, 2017.
Mrs. Theriot retired after 25 years as an office manager for doctors Leo and Carolyn Hebert. She was a member of the Krewe of Cleophas and reigned as queen in 2004. She enjoyed sewing, traveling with her husband and was a devoted Catholic.
She is survived by her husband, Ronald Theriot; daughters, Annette (Gary) Hymel and Robin (Chet) Tabor; brother, Jason (Lynette) Oncale; sister, Scheryl Kliebert; and five grandchildren.
Burial is at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Church Cemetery in Chackbay.
